Where: Maple Park
Entry Fee: $30.00 per team for chili OR BBQ(one category) $50.00 for both chili and BBQ (two categories).
People’s choice BBQ and Chili Voting Period: 12:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m. All cooks must prepare samples for the peoples choice contest. Cooking the sample servings for people’s choice ahead of time is allowed.
Setup and Start Cooking: Start setting up anytime. Registration at 11:00 A.M. People’s choice chili and BBQ must be ready for the public by 12:00 p.m.
Cook’s meeting for official chili contest: 1:00 p.m. (Judges Chili prepared during the hours of 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.)
Chili Turn-in :3:30 p.m.

Lucky 13 Fishing Tournament
The 2017 Lucky 13 Fishing Tournament will be Saturday September 9! Sign-ups are available at the Chamber office or by following the link below!
One-Day Tournament, $150 entry per boat/team which includes Big Bass
Two-angler team, pick your partner
5 Bass Limit, total weight
Fort Gibson Lake, Taylors Ferry North Ramp
We will also accept entries Sept 9th, 2017 5:30 AM – 7:00 AM at the Taylors Ferry North ramp.
Tournament flight numbers and start times will be assigned by order of entries received. Flights will be divided into 25 boats each. Teams can get their flight information once entry has been paid.
Each paid individual will receive a chance to win one of many sponsored prizes
There will be a random draw for 2 Cash Drawings. (Amounts will be announced at a later date)
All paid entries will be entered for a chance to win! MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

Pelican Gun Case along with other Pelican products
A day on the lake with Tommy Biffle
Boat battery from Kevin Grover
Set of boat tires from Gary’s Tires
One place per seven ( 1 in 7 ) will be paid.
Guaranteed $1300 Sponsored by the Wagoner Chamber of Commerce for 13th place
Big Bass: The team with the largest bass (by weight) will be awarded $1000.00

We would like to invite you to be a part of our 2017 Christmas Parade and help us celebrate the Christmas Season.
This will be a lighted Christmas Parade and ALL ENTRIES MUST HAVE LIGHTS ON THEM.
THEME: TO BE ANNOUNCED
PRIZE: PLAQUES AWARDED FOR THE FIRST 3 PLACES IN EACH CATEGORY CASH AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN TO THE TOP FLOATS.
RULES: ONLY THE OFFICIAL “SANTA CLAUS” PARTICIPATES IN THE PARADE & HE IS PROVIDED BY THE CHAMBER.
**MUST HAVE THE DETAILS OF ENTRY WRITTEN ON APPLICATION FORM FOR THE MC TO READ ALOUD ENTRY NUMBERS YOUR ENTRY WILL RECEIVE A NUMBER CORRESPONDING WITH YOUR POSITION IN THE PARADE.**
IF ENTRY IS TO BE JUDGED THIS NUMBER IS TO BE ON AN 11 BY 14 SIZE POSTER BOARD ATTACHED TO YOUR ENTRY ON THE LEFT FRONT SIDE.
CALL THE CHAMBER NO LATER THAN 5 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, NOV. 30, 2016 TO GET YOUR ENTRY NUMBER. WE WON’T BE ABLE TO INFORM YOU UNTIL IN THE AFTERNOON.

LINEUP: THE LINEUP WILL BEGIN AT THE INTERSECTION OF E. CHEROKEE & N. STORY ST. ACROSS FROM THE DONUT SHOP.
THE ENTRIES WILL BE LINED UP ALONG N. STORY ST. HEADING SOUTH. THE ROUTE WILL GO WEST ON CHEROKEE & TURN SOUTH ON S. MAIN ST., GO ONE BLOCK AND TURN EAST ONTO CHURCH ST. THE PARADE WILL DISBURSE IN THE PARKING LOT OF THE METHODIST CHURCH ACROSS FROM THE WAGONER POST OFFICE & CITY HALL
HORSES: ANY AND ALL ENTRIES WITH HORSES WILL BE POSITIONED AT THE VERY END OF THE PARADE BEHIND THE FLOAT CARRYING M/M SANTA CLAUS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
