Arts & Crafts Application | Entry Form

  • Official Rules

    • All items must be handcrafted by the displaying vendor.
    • Booth area is 12’ x 12’ for $40; everything must be contained within this area. Limit of two spaces per vendor
    • One plug will be provided for electricity for each booth. Vendor must provide grounded extension cord.
    • All display material is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
    • Vendor can begin set-up at 10 a.m. & must be completed by 4 p.m., Thurs. June 1, 2017
    • Vendors assume ALL responsibility for loss, theft, or damage.
    • No exhibits may be removed before 10 p.m. on Sat., June 3 **** Please follow this rule.
    • Oklahoma sales tax will be the responsibility of each vendor.
    • Deadline is Tues. May 30, 2017 at 4:30 p.m.
    • No refunds are given for cancellations. ****
    • Show Hours: Thurs. & Fri. – 5-10 p.m. Sat. – 2-10 p.m.

    ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OPTION:

    The Summerfest 2017 Committee & the Wagoner Area Chamber of Commerce, sponsor of Summerfest 2017, reserves the right to accept or reject any application for exhibit or display space. It also reserves the right to prohibit the exhibition or sales of any article found to be objectionable to the Summerfest 2017 Committee and/or the Wagoner Area Chamber of Commerce.

  • do understand that by electronically signing I do hereby fully release & hold harmless the SUMMERFEST 2016, its committee, Wagoner Area Chamber of Commerce, its Board of Directors, and the City of Wagoner from any and all responsibility, claim, causes and action, injuries, judgments, or other charge of any nature whatsoever directly or indirectly caused by the willful or negligent acts of Summerfest 2016. The Wagoner Chamber of Commerce, Summerfest 2016 Committee, and the City of Wagoner shall not be liable for the results of any accident, damage, lost profits, thefts, or any other loss to any person, article, or employee, by or the possession of myself while on the grounds of the Summerfest 2016 festivities, whether such occurs during the time of preparation, for the period of the Summerfest 2016 activities or the removal of equipment or material after the event. By signing, I have read the above release and Official Rules below and agree to abide by them.

Thursday, December 7, 2017 AT 7:00 P.M. Downtown Wagoner

We would like to invite you to be a part of our 2017 Christmas Parade and help us celebrate the Christmas Season.
This will be a lighted Christmas Parade and ALL ENTRIES MUST HAVE LIGHTS ON THEM.

THEME: TO BE ANNOUNCED

PRIZE: PLAQUES AWARDED FOR THE FIRST 3 PLACES IN EACH CATEGORY CASH AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN TO THE TOP FLOATS.

RULES: ONLY THE OFFICIAL “SANTA CLAUS” PARTICIPATES IN THE PARADE & HE IS PROVIDED BY THE CHAMBER.

**MUST HAVE THE DETAILS OF ENTRY WRITTEN ON APPLICATION FORM FOR THE MC TO READ ALOUD ENTRY NUMBERS YOUR ENTRY WILL RECEIVE A NUMBER CORRESPONDING WITH YOUR POSITION IN THE PARADE.**

IF ENTRY IS TO BE JUDGED THIS NUMBER IS TO BE ON AN 11 BY 14 SIZE POSTER BOARD ATTACHED TO YOUR ENTRY ON THE LEFT FRONT SIDE.

CALL THE CHAMBER NO LATER THAN 5 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, NOV. 30, 2016 TO GET YOUR ENTRY NUMBER. WE WON’T BE ABLE TO INFORM YOU UNTIL IN THE AFTERNOON.

JUDGING:

  1. OVERALL THEME INTERPRETATION
  2. CREATIVITY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP
  3. BEST USE OF LIGHTS
  4. MUST HAVE LETTERED SIGNS ON LEFT SIDE OF ENTRY
  5. MUST HAVE ENTRY NUMBER ON FRONT LEFT HAND SIDE OF ENTRY

LINEUP: THE LINEUP WILL BEGIN AT THE INTERSECTION OF E. CHEROKEE & N. STORY ST. ACROSS FROM THE DONUT SHOP.

THE ENTRIES WILL BE LINED UP ALONG N. STORY ST. HEADING SOUTH. THE ROUTE WILL GO WEST ON CHEROKEE & TURN SOUTH ON S. MAIN ST., GO ONE BLOCK AND TURN EAST ONTO CHURCH ST. THE PARADE WILL DISBURSE IN THE PARKING LOT OF THE METHODIST CHURCH ACROSS FROM THE WAGONER POST OFFICE & CITY HALL

HORSES: ANY AND ALL ENTRIES WITH HORSES WILL BE POSITIONED AT THE VERY END OF THE PARADE BEHIND THE FLOAT CARRYING M/M SANTA CLAUS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
